Stainless steel strip (Mainly, thickness≦0.3mm)
Most widely used austenitic stainless steel, which is familiar to customers as 18Cr-8Ni. Well balanced characteristics of strength and formability, and good corrosion resistance.
Austenitic stainless steel with extremely low carbon content of NSSMC-NAR-304 and enhanced intergranular corrosion resistance.
Austenitic stainless steel with enhanced corrosion resistance and acid resistance through addition of molybdenum.
Austenitic stainless steel with extremely low carbon content of NSSMC-NAR-316 and further enhanced corrosion resistance.
Stainless steel for springs
Representative austenitic stainless steel with well-balanced characteristics of strength and formability including good corrosion resistance, and stainless steel for springs with enhanced strength by cold rolling.
Stainless steel for springs having higher work hardenability than that of NSSMC-NAR-304 and excellent strength.
Stainless steel for springs having enhanced fatigue strength and high functionality through refinement of grain size on the basis of SUS301L.
Stainless steel for spring having further enhanced fatigue strength with extra high function through refinement of grain size and nitrogen absorption treatment on the surface on the basis of NSSMC-NAR-301L HS1.
Alloy-saving type and economical stainless steel for springs having both good formability and strength corresponding to that of SUS301 3/4H through an appropriate quenching treatment.
Alloy-saving type and economical stainless steel for springs employing special chemical composition series and achieving quenching strength corresponding to that of SUS301 H.
Stainless steel for precision forming
High-purity ferritic stainless steel with excellent deep drawability and corrosion resistance. Ridging pattern occurs less frequently after being processed, and the surface of the product can be kept smooth.
Heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant stainless steel
Austenitic stainless steel with excellent corrosion resistance in an environment where chloride exists at high temperature. Used in sheath heaters, etc.
Ni-saving-type austenitic stainless steel for heat-resistant applications with excellent heat resistance and oxidization resistance. Employed in various applications as a high functional alternative material for SUS310S.
Austenitic stainless steel for heat-resistant applications with excellent oxidization resistance in a high temperature and high humidity environment. Mechanical properties at high temperature are excellent and the same as those of NSSMC-NAR-AH-4.
Austenitic stainless steel for heat-resistant applications with excellent oxidization resistance and carburization resistance. Used in exhaust systems of automobiles and industrial furnaces due to economical improvement of oxidization resistance through the addition of silicon.
General austenitic stainless steel with excellent oxidization resistance and strength at high temperature. Widely used in industrial furnaces, etc.
Economical austenitic stainless steel having the same or better corrosion resistance than that of SUS316 in an environment where chloride exists at neutral-pH.
Non-magnetic stainless steel
Austenitic stainless steel having higher austenitic structure stability than that of SUS304. Having excellent formability and corrosion resistance, magnetization caused by forming is strongly suppressed.
Nickel and nickel alloy
Nickel sheet and strip with excellent corrosion resistance, strength at high temperature and toughness at low temperature. As it has excellent alkali resistance, it is also used in caustic soda plants, lithium-ion rechargeable batteries, etc.
Nickel-based alloy with excellent oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance at high temperature. Providing strong corrosion resistance against high temperature alkali and being employed in industrial furnaces, various kinds of plants, etc.
Fe-36% nickel alloy with an extremely low thermal expansion coefficient (one tenth that of SUS304) in a wide temperature range from low temperature to close to room temperature.
High functional material made by roll bonding of stainless steel plate and aluminum plate, providing excellent characteristics of both stainless steel (strength, magnetic characteristics, etc.) and aluminum (thermal conductivity, lightweight, etc.).
High functional material having characteristics of excellent corrosion resistance of stainless steel and of excellent IH heating characteristics and thermal conductivity of common steel.
